Valley of Dragons | Christina Baehr

Christina Baehr (nee Sonnemman) is the author of the best-selling cozy gothic fantasy series The Secrets of Ormdale, now completed with her fifth and latest release, Valley of Dragons.

Christina will be in conversation at the Afterword Cafe with journalist Emma Wilkins and cover artist Shiloh Longbottom.

Christina’s completed series has found its way into the hands of over 50,000 readers worldwide, while Emma writes about life and community for numerous publications in Australia and beyond.

Shiloh Longbottom, who illustrated the highly visible Little Tasmanian campaign as well as the covers for all of Christina’s books, will join as a special guest.

They will discuss creativity, motherhood, and finding an enthusiastic audience for their work, and Christina will read from her anticipated upcoming sequel series, The Gilded Age of Dragons. Bring a your friend, daughter, or mother to be inspired by these local female creators supporting themselves with their creative practise.

A bonus baby dragon sticker will accompany every Ormdale book sold at the event.
