A young social worker hopes for a fresh start in Kalgoorile. As she makes a home for herself, and gets close with her new friends, her past wants to forge its way into the present.
The book will be launched by fellow Tasmanian author, writing teacher, and former Island editor, Dr Gina Mercer.
