“And now our voices can be heard, and our fire can be seen from far and wide.”
Festival of Voices is Australia’s leading celebration of singing and the first winter festival in Tasmania, attracting audiences of 30,000 people in early July to be enriched by voices raised together in song. Choirs travel to Festival of Voices from across the country and the world to participate and perform.
Again in 2024, we’re delighted that Fullers Bookshop will be a venue for a number of city-wide pop-up choirs, hosting performances in the bookshop or Afterword Café for unwitting shoppers and café goers (or festival junkies in the know…):
Check out the festival website for information on other communal feelgood phonations.
All welcome; these are totally free performances!
